What is the DLZ?
If you haven't had the chance to explore the Marriott DLZ yet, it's time to check it out! The DLZ platform is a dynamic and interactive tool designed to help us all learn, grow, and stay connected. This platform is more than just a learning tool – it's a space for daily development and engagement.

How do I get involved?

Access the Platform: Make sure you can log in using your EID and password. If you run into issues, HR is here to help!

Complete Your Daily Questions: Just 3–5 quick questions a day – it’ll take less than 5 minutes, and every response helps! This is how you obtain your daily points & move up in the leadership board.

Celebrate Top Performers: We’ll share the Top 10 on the leaderboard regularly to recognize active participants. Keep an eye out – SSD will be celebrating those who shine!
